Refund Policy

We want you to be confident subscribing. This policy explains our satisfaction guarantee, how refunds work for subscriptions and one-shots, and how to request one.
First-week guarantee
If you are not happy with your very first analysis, tell us within the first seven days of your first subscription month and we will refund 75% of that first month, no questions asked. We refund 75% rather than 100% because the delivered analysis and work product cannot be returned. This guarantee applies once, to a new subscriber’s first month.
Subscriptions
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel.
- You can pause or cancel at any time, effective for the next billing cycle. There are no cancellation fees.
- Once a billing period has started and work has begun, that period is generally non-refundable, except under the first-week guarantee above.
- Cancelling before your next renewal date means you will not be charged again.
One-shot analyses
- If you cancel a one-shot before we begin work, you receive a full refund.
- Once work has begun, one-shots are non-refundable, but we will revise the deliverable (up to the revisions included with your purchase) until it meets the agreed scope.
How to request a refund
Email support@thrustanalytics.com from the address associated with your account and tell us what happened. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first, we will almost always resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of the Services.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above.
