Thrust Analytics (“Thrust”, “we”, “us”) provides analytics services on a subscription basis, in partnership with Frontal Consulting. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you contact us, book a call, or subscribe, we collect details such as your name, work email, company, and the contents of your message or request.
Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number; Stripe handles that directly and shares only limited billing details with us (such as your name, email, and subscription status).
Client Data. To deliver an analysis, you may share business data, files, and access to your tools (“Client Data”). We treat Client Data as confidential and use it only to perform the work you request.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic usage information, such as pages viewed, referring links, approximate location, browser and device type, and IP address, using Google Analytics and our host, Netlify.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide, maintain, and improve our services.
- To process subscriptions, one-off purchases, and refunds.
- To communicate with you about your account, requests, and updates.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- To keep the site and our services secure and prevent abuse.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure how visitors use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s opt-out add-on. Blocking cookies will not affect your ability to use the site.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, and only as needed:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Netlify — website hosting and form submissions.
- Google Analytics — website usage measurement.
- TidyCal — scheduling intro calls.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
Your Client Data
Business data you share for analysis is used solely to deliver the work you request. We do not sell it or use it to train models for other clients. You own the deliverables we produce for you. On request, we will return or delete Client Data after your engagement ends, subject to any legal retention requirements.
Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the services and for legitimate business or legal purposes, then delete or anonymize it.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email support@thrustanalytics.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
International visitors
We and our service providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
Children
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
